Please note that all our customers will be able to return only damaged goods with a photo clearly showing evidence of damage, but the customer is liable for the shipping cost of the return.
Gerald Group must be notified of such returns within 24 hours of the receipt of damaged goods and of the customer’s intention to return them for the returned of goods to be valid. The customer’s refund or replacement will be processed within five days of receiving the goods. The customer is also entitled to cancel an order within 24 hours prior notice before the order is dispatched. However, if a customer cancels an already dispatched order, the customer is liable to pay 40% of the total order value for the cancelled goods.

We actively work to ensure you receive your goods in the best of condition, which is one of the reasons we use the best delivery service. However, if goods are damaged in transit or compromised in quality, Gerald Group will provide the affected customer with a refund.
